We highly recommend to buy your tickets in advance online to ensure availability. During high peak times, you can easily wait 3 to 4 hours to jump. To avoid long waits, buy your tickets online. You will also be able to buy your tickets at the front desk.
Yes! You get a greater discount as you purchase more hours. The only requisite is to purchase them at one time, and not as you go.
Yes! We have a monthly rate and a yearly rate for VIP customers.
Yes, you do. All jumpers must sign a waiver. If the jumper is under 18 years old, the parent or legal guardian must fill out the waiver. There are no exceptions. This can be done online or at the park.
No. Waivers are good for 6 months. Please make sure you always have a signed waiver on file.
No. Tickets are not refundable, nor exchangeable, nor transferable. Please be sure of the date and time you select before you purchase your tickets. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your jumping time.
During normal jumping hours, you are welcome to jump if you are 3 years old or older. During out Toddler Jump program you will be able to jump if you are from 1 to 5 years old. All jumpers under 12 years old must be supervised by their parents, legal guardian or designated adult.
No. In order to keep a healthy and sterile environment, we do not allow outside food on the premises. You will have a full menu available for purchase in our Mega Cafe!
No. A new pair of MegaJump non-slid socks will be given to you at check-in, every time you purchase your tickets online or at the reception desk.
No. Take off large or loose jewelry, watches, studded belts, glasses, or anything that could potentially hurt someone or damage the trampolines. Have your pockets empty for a safe jumping time.
Yes, we have several lockers to stow your valuables in. Each locker is $1.00 for the whole day. All valuables must be removed at the end of the day. All valuables left in the lockers will be removed and disposed of by management, for security reasons.
“Yes you may, only if you have a confirmed reservation on one of our B-Day packages. Then you can bring any type of sweets or desserts, but no outside salty food allowed. Open jump visitors, without a party reservation are not allowed to bring outside food or cakes to the park.
